Email Configuration for 3rd Party Integrations

This article is intended to be a generic setup guide for using our email services for 3rd party integrations such as:

• CRMs
• Automated invoicing/billing
• QuickBooks

Email Configuration

When setting up your email integration, start by selecting the option that will let you setup a non-affiliated IMAP account (IMAP, Other Mail Provider, etc.).

All fields asking for email and password will be the same credentials you use to login to your webmail account.

You may need to expand an Advanced Options drop down to complete the full configuration.

For IMAP configuration:

• Server: imap.centennialarts.com
• Port: 993
• Service: SSL/TLS

If you see an option to have outgoing mail use the same credentials as incoming mail make sure it is checked.

For SMTP:

• Server: smtp.centennialarts.com
• Port: 587
• Service: STARTTLS
